"Its a good experience but a bit confusing. A huge hotel that seems new but they didnt have their ducks in a row - they ran out of breakfast before it ended (8:40am), they didn't offer room service (despite us being there for 3 nights), and they didnt have enough blankets (we needed 2 extra). It is fine, clean, and a good location. "

"Great and friendly staff! Room was very clean and comfortable… the shower was nice too! The only negative thing i would say is how loud the doors close when other guests leave their room..but really it was quiet other than that. I would highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back!"

"My wife and I along with our adult daughters stayed here as we were going to a wedding at the Westlake Village Inn resort. My daughters told me it was the best Vrbo that I had ever booked!! The back yard with spa/pool, the conversation pit with huge TV, the grill/bar area, and the beautiful table was perfect for us. After the day’s events the spa was awesome to come back to. "Terrible and disappointing experience. Listing did not mention that you are paying for a studio space with a house attached that the owner and her husband are living in and will be there the entire stay. The outdoor space is an unfinished project done in a haphazard fashion. Overall, it is a SUPER Awkward setup."
