The only thing I found lacking was the low frequency of hotel shuttle bus to and from Haram. Also, not all the staff is well versed in English. "This was a great place not far from Masjid al Haram. But there was construction going on at the time so had to reach it by walking a short distance. Either way the walk to the Haram was only 30 minutes and once the road is finished should be 15-20 min. Otherwise amazing place for the price and great service and nice rooms."
