"We spend there four nights during mid April 2025. The place is amazing, the staffs are great. Special shout out goes to the maintenance crews: Satter Ali, Anisur Rahman and Md Syful Islam for their hard work and dedication. "Food was really nice,with a lot of options in the buffet. We had a king suite which was nice and spacious.
Staff were very nice and approachable.
We dod experience one issue in that we noticed some bed bug bites. We did not see any bed bugs ourselves but we reported it nonetheless. Special mention goes to Riyaz Haniffa who came to resolve. He arranged for all our luggage to be transferred to another more superior room suite with fantastic views and arranged for complementary refreshments for the inconvenience. It was good to see that they take hygeine concerns so seriously. Stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely return in future."
