"Alhumduillah beautiful pray area on floor 36 and very comfortable bed room. Short walkable distance to Al Haram Masjid. And staff are very helpful and assisted without asking."

"The hotel is walking distance to the Haram, however it’s on a steep hill so not convenient for young children and elderly. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes which is very convenient but then you have to take a lift and a bit of a walk to Haram.Overall the hotel is immaculate, they gave us an upgrade which was really helpful, clean spacious rooms, amazing staff, lovely continental breakfast with a lot of choices.
