"Location was great, it was right infront of the Al Haram. Food options all around. Hotel could use an upgrade it feels outdated. They do not allow taxis or ubers to pull up at the basement parking, felt forced to take their expensive car service. But Alhamdullilah staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. "

"Good location, however being on the 25th floor was not very user friendly for lifts, had to change halfway down and also not very clearly marked. Also, the on site musallah on the 2nd floor (I think) was miles away. Wasn't easy to get to with my mum in a wheelchair. Otherwise not a bad property location wise."
