"All the staff were very friendly, especially the Naem, Mohammed and Novi and all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They always greeted us especially our 9 month old baby who was always so happy to see everyone at breakfast and dinner. If we called for more water or towels to our room it would arrive within a few minutes. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the Dubai mall but also restaurants nearby. it is a good location as things are not too far by taxi. Overall great experience "

"Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch."

"We got to the hotel very early after our overnight flight and the lady Shun Lae who checked us in was very courteous and helpful. Shun let us access our room early which was upgraded to an executive suite and was ready. Shun was very helpful during our entire stay. We were very appreciative of this great service. Our hotel room was very good with a nice view of the canal and the city. We spent our evenings in the Bai Bar & Terrace. The staff, Mike, Abul, Mutsa, Ellie, Alice, Keith and others...
