"The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were nice, but the aircon in my room didn't work very well. I checked in and went straight to a gig. I didn't get back until 11.50ish when it was too late to do anything about it. Also, my room was right next to the railway track so I could hear trains rumbling past every few minutes until late and starting again quite early."

"Was a little worried from the outside but on stepping in to the hotel our worries were gone. A lovely welcome and good services when we asked about taxis etc. Totally let down during the night when our sleep was completely disturbed by very noisey and rude room next door. We phoned down to reception for a period of 2hrs and not once was the phone answered. A huge worry for someone who was in serious danger! Despite a completely naff sleep we can not fault the rooms, hotel and breakfast was...
