"Check-in with Jessy was good, but we suspect she took something from one of our grocery bags as we stored our luggage behind the counter. Pool area not as advertised, pretty gross. Black mold in the room, very loud in the hallway, no working elevator to carry luggage upstairs, wifi was terrible. We were also double charged,once when we booked through Expedia and then again at the hotel. Tondoroque was lovely to explore, but we would not stay at the hotel again."

"The hotel was good. It's old Mexico so you can't have 5 star expectations. The staff was friendly enough. Our room faced the street so it wasn't super quiet but it was neat hearing the sounds of Mexico every morning. The doors were fairly thin as well so you could hear everything anyone was saying outside your room at all times. I would have no problems recommending this hotel. "

"Mexico 2.75 star-level accommodation with 5 star execution. Perfect for my needs. Simple and clean with basic room amenities. I opted for an ocean view with refrigerator turning the room into a nice place to hang out between outings.
