"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."

"Loved everything about our stay at this authentic casa colombiana. This home was perfect for a family wedding weekend. We were a group of 8. Everyone had their bedroom and private bath. The home has a butler and a cook too!! We picked up some groceries at the Éxito around the corner and the cook made breakfast and a special secret recipe coffee. We also had maid service everyday. We felt safe and comfortable. Thank you to the staff of this lovely home!"

"The OZ hotel is clean, perfectly located and great to look at, but the standout is the staff. They are attentive, friendly and helpful. They literally didn’t want our party to lift a finger (and we tried). The ladies at the front desk moved mountains to accommodate a large party, the cleaners made sure our rooms were perfect when we returned and the restaurant and concierge staff made sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. 10 out of 10 would come back anytime "
