The front desk graciously made an exception and brought a roll away to our room, which fit perfectly in the corner of the executive tower room and made a HUGE difference to the comfort of our 4 night stay. We struggled to get 4 towels/washcloths every day and there was a rather large roach in the room on the last night. We also didn’t receive the 2 dinner vouchers included with our Expedia reservation.
