"Doesn t seem like there is any one on the reception desk especially in a morning Staff not really attentive to customers but rather very chatty to each other bar was empty only us in there Told food had finished till I pointed out that the sign on the bar said pizza and chips served till 2am Outside room 001 carpet is disgusting and needs replacing it s not a very goodfirst impression when you arrive to a red carpet which is stained BLACK Breakfast area where food is should be extended it s all squashed in with to many people trying to get food Coffee from the machine is not nice, a better quality please On the whole it was an ok stay for one night Positives are free wifi parking and cooked breakfast Shower pressure and water really hot , but a larger shower head would be better i gmorning "

"A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The dinner in the sky restaurant was very good and good value. I am only sorry that I did not have time to use the pool and spa. We will be back!"

"Wonderful one night stay, the room was beautifully appointed with an extremely comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Great spacious bathroom facilities with a marvellous shower and plenty of toiletries. Easy to walk to from Leicester train station. Nice bar & restaurant area with great staff!"
