"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We ran into issues with our rental car the day we picked it up in Calama. Juliette was so amazing and spoke to the rental and towing folks for us; later there were two other gentleman from the front desk who also had conversations with the rental/ tow folks for us. He also helped me get a taxi to the airport the day we were leaving. The property is pretty basic, but clean and the food is also basic, but the customer service from Juliette and team was exceptional!!"

The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. All of our meals were great, the room very clean and the WiFi worked throughout. "We were in Antofagasta, as a base to tour the ESO Paranal Observatory. A remarkable value… 13th floor room, beautiful, quiet and well-appointed, with a small terrace, overlooking the bay. Enjoyed our breakfasts and our two dinners at the excellent seaside restaurant. Did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. "

"The room and the hostel were exactly as described. Very basic but very clean. Shared bathrooms were always clean. The staff were attentive and kind. Most speak three languages fluently and will help you with your language. Wi-Fi is good and consistent."
