"We needed a hotel near the airport as we had an early morning flight and the Sama Sama exceeded our expectations. The hotel is connected to the terminal by a walkway and there is a complimentary buggy shuttle available if you have luggage. The same walkway connects the hotel to the rental car returns area so the whole drop off process was seamless. "Everything about the hotel is good. Check-in was smooth. Check-out takes time, bell-boy service was super slow and waited for almost an hour. Compliment to front-desk staff Francis who help trace one of family member who left the bag with passport. Without his persistent looking for help from the manager in-charged we may end-up having to make police report and approach our embassy. Kudos to front-desk staff Francis and Zaton who make our family of 49 most memorably days."
