"Accommodation close to shopping and transport. Lovely staff to help you with your bags. Rooms were quiet, and had a massive bathroom. The gym was well equipped but the pool was smaller than I had envisaged. "

"I liked the online check in feature & was lucky enough to be able to check in earlier than I had planned. The hotels says the rooms are soundproofed, but I doubt it. I was on the 15th floor that looked down on the outside bar at Australia Square & heard music blaring each week night. I only bring this up because they boast about the sound proof rooms & they most definitely aren't"
