"Amazing stay and service"

"Property property design is amazing and the view is breathtaking. The only two concerns is it’s far away from downtown Aswan plus the roads to get to the hotel are in a very bad shape and taxi refuses to go there. Dogs in the area are very noisy and bark a lot. If it’s your first time in Aswan, I would recommend you staying in downtown. "

"Our room needed some maintenance and we assume had not been used for sometime. For example, the sliding door to the balcony screeched loudly when we opened and closed it. The bathroom looked like it had been poorly finished around the bath and sink. The shower wasn't easy to use. Otherwise we enjoyed the view from our room across the Nile, the pool area was very nice. Service for drinks and food was incredibly slow - it looked like there was only one staff member dedicated to serving everyone....

"Excellent hotel, nice specious rooms, clean bathrooms, great view and best breakfast. The only issue is the front desk staff and checkin process. Young man at the reception desk mixed up the rooms. We booked and paid extra for Nile River view. We were give one nice upgraded room, but second room was all the to the other side of the building without Nile River view. "
