Prince Rupert Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"What has made this beautiful historic place so wonderful is the staff. They have made our stay so very enjoyable. They have gone above and beyond with the quality of service we received. We will be back and if you haven't been to the Prince Rupert Hotel , we highly recommend that you do if you want a first class experience. "
"The hotel has lovely characteristics and whilst quirky, it was a great stay. I would return for a weekend sometime in the future with my wife for a short break"
"Stayed here for 1 night. The staff greeted us on arrival and check-in was swift and easy. We were shown to our room and all instructions given.
There was a music event on all day which was a fantastic surprise. The atmosphere was brilliant.
The food was fantastic on both days. Especially the Sunday roast which was cooked to perfection with the best gravy I have ever tasted.
All of the staff were hard working, attentive and polite. But a special thanks to Nick and Ella who were especially helpful.
We would definitely recommend Cromwells Tap House for a stay. We will definitely be back."
