Front desk lady called at 11:55 and I told her I would be there in 5-10 minutes. Called again ar 12:05 saying “are you coming or not?” Which was kind of rude. "

"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

However, the very same location is the reason for inconvenience since you have to travel atleast an hour to get anywhere significant in Phuket. "Generally a decent hotel. 2 days my room wasn't cleaned despite the please clean room sign being on from 8am until 4pm. This wasn't an issue as it was only one person in the room, but could be an issue if 2 people were staying. Rooms with balcony a face over the road so can be very noisy. Noise within hotdl between rooms was minimal. Pool area is nice, but be warned, you'll need to move your sunbeds around. Shuttle service is good, thogh only one way and doesn't have designated pick up times...

"Stayed at this property many times and still love it. Great location just away from the main part of Nai Yang but over the little river on the raft and 2 minute walk into town.
