"We love this property for its location and connectivity to Terminal 21 mall and subway station. There is no better location than this in bangkok, and we have stayed here a few times. Awesome amenities, rooftop garden and pool, plus tennis courts, mini golf etc. kids had a great time. However, no bar at the pool area! Lots of room configurations available for adults and families! Highly recommend it! "

The staff is excellent, the AC is strong, and the rooms are quiet, clean, and well-maintained. There’s 24-hour housekeeping, concierge, check-in, and even help arranging airport transfers. "This is a beautiful classic style hotel. The service is excellent and food is good too. Unfortunately, there are no power points next to the bed. And the master switch does not provide an option to leave individual lights on. Overall it offers a wonderful experience. "
