"Nothing like it's description, paid for two suites, no description telling you that you have to take a boat to the hotel, when we got there they had one room not in either catigory that we paid for. Had four twin beds, toilet was broken in half, water was leaking into the room, had no wifi as described, air conditioner did not work at all, door didn't lock. "For the price we paid per night ($600 for a family of 4), the food was really pretty poor. It was disappointing and the worst we had on our 3 week trip to Colombia. No options for kids. We were told every lunch would be buffet, only one out of four ended up being buffet.
