It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. Great new hotel. Rooms were spacious, well laid out and had great city views. I was lucky to get a view of Petronas Towers.
Breakfast is on 19th floor with city views and Petronas Towers. Amazing selection of local as well as international cuisine. Post breakfast this is an Italian restaurant.
There is a 24 hour gym. The open top pool is on the top floor as is the bar and is well laid out.
Staff in the bar were accommodating and helpful.
The ground floor has a restaurant too.
