"The property was very much like it was advertised - nice gathering spaces and well-stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. There could have been more towels to fit the number of guests allowed and there were no blankets. For the cooler seasons, some throw blankets would be good. The property is in a nice area with easy access to everything in sonoma. It was nice and quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful cottage! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated (including stunning orchids & local art) & comfortable, with a well-stocked, efficient kitchen. Thoughtful perks like robes & slippers for guest use! In an ideal location, both walking distance to restaurants & shops, as well as good access to Point Reyes National Seashore for hiking. Very responsive & helpful hosts. We're locals, & would return in a heartbeat!"

"The property was as advertised with ample space for all guests. There was supposed to be a twin bed in the king bed room but otherwise, we had the beds needed/expected. There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good."

"This house has everything you need to be comfortable! Listed for 8, comfortable for 6 adults as there are 3 bedrooms. No privacy for the pullout couch but again, not a problem because we didn't use it.Great welcome snacks and a cool coffee corner with snack, Kpods, Npods and beans! Nice addition, thank you! The house has a great outdoor space on a deadend of the canal. It was raining sideways when we visited but this outdoor space is awesome! We'll be back in the summer to enjoy it! Thanks...

"This property is much nicer than the photos indicate! Quiet location. Comfortable accommodations. Would have been nice to have a coffeemaker but the pour over carafe worked. Also,Bolinas was exceptionally hot during our stay and the unit was hot- a second fan would have helped"
