"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "

The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location. Highly recommend the breakfast!!
