The wonderful 132m2 house is located in the heart of Blackpool, providing easy access to all the city's attractions and amenities. The nearest station, Blackpool North Station, is just an 11-minute walk away.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and a TV, offering an inviting space for socializing.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs.

This property features five well-appointed bedrooms: one downstairs with a bunk bed, one with a king bed, and three with double beds. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Blackpool is a seaside resort on the Irish Sea coast of England. It's known for Blackpool Pleasure Beach, an old-school amusement park with vintage wooden roller coasters. Built in 1894, the landmark Blackpool Tower houses a circus, a glass viewing platform and the Tower Ballroom, where dancers twirl to the music of a Wurlitzer organ. Blackpool Illuminations is an annual light show along the Promenade.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Blackpool North, is just an 11-minute walk.

Manchester Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
