"We was impressed when we was given our room, for the price we paid you couldn’t fault it. The room and bedding was very clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied in the room. The towels were very soft and fluffy. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in with a memory foam mattress, the pillows were lovely and soft. "The hotel is nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Rooms have air conditioning, clean and spacious. One of the nicer hotels in Blackpool. Only negatives about the hotel is the breakfast. Queues for a table and buffet line were a hectic between 8.30 to 9.30. Wasnt a great or big selection and food quality could have been better. Cutlery, mugs, bread, trays and even some of the buffet selection werent always available. Had to always ask staff for top ups. On a daily basis i found trays and mugs...

We had a nice stay, the only thing that slightly marred our stay were the special offers advertised in the room, for the same price we had paid for room only, they were offering dinner and breakfast inclusive which was a little disappointing"
