"One thing I learned after staying at this hotel was to not judge a book by its cover. Upon pulling up to the hotel, I was concerned. First, it is in a somewhat desolate area with very little around. Secondly, the sign off the highway looks as though a bomb went off in it. Lastly, the photograph on Expedia was not a good representation of what the actual exterior looks like. "This is a nice little place right off of the interstate and close to some fast food joints. It’s nothing special, but it is clean and doesn’t suck. Much better than Motel 6 or Super 8, but probably in the same category. Nice helpful and friendly staff. Parking was easy to find, but spots across from the building had some puddles and mud. "We had a great stay here! It was so convenient and perfect for our family visiting the Garden of the Gods. "This cabin is adorable and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean and the property itself was beautiful. It was very quiet, and was perfect for a small family. We opted to sleep on the pullout couch as the loft beds required climbing a steep ladder. This wouldn't be practical trying to get to bathroom at night. Please know the cabin is located next to another home, but we never saw anyone at that home while we were there. It is a very remote location if you want seclusion."
