"Second time staying there and I have always felt that it was very friendly service. Wasn't happy about not having any type of meat or gravy for the biscuits at breakfast like the time before, but I lived LOL. The area rug in the front lobby and the front lobby and the furniture is disgustingly dirty and I don't think the floor has been swept or mopped in a long time. I really think they need to throw the rug out and get new furniture. It's not a great seating area. I literally walked back out...

"I would honestly give this property a 10 out of 10! We could have stayed on the property and entertained ourselves and had good food. The entire time staff was so friendly and helpful and if we asked for something we got it immediately and that was a huge complex great location as well took us no time to get to the airport, Disney, or Universal!"
