"This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The area too crowded and it was impossible to find someone to order a coffee. The worse experience ever! Thanks, Caroline "

"This hotel is always a winner, great location, great spacious clean rooms. Always my go to when staying in Sydney. Really fantastic Hotel with old world charm delivered modern 5 star experience. The only problem I had were the lobby bathrooms that really needed to be cleaned, way below this hotels standard. My room as always was immaculately clean as always. "
