The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Staff at breakfast were friendly and went above and beyond to provide a 5 star dining experience. Location of the property is brilliant as well, close to the beach but also can walk to the town centre easily.

Nice hotel with great and friendly staff. Lily was lovely. Great spot to be in. It's a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride to the lanes or Brighton Centre.

This was a great stay for me and my partner. Everything was lovely the only reason it not making 5 stars for me was because the shower didn’t seem to work that great but apart from that it was lovely hopefully that can get sorted.

Charm by name and charming by nature! Set in a quiet street with facing gardens, about 5 minutes walk from the pier and Old Steine. Plenty of buses nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staf very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We were here overnight and would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful little hotel, so close to the city centre. A lot of thought has gone into this place. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. If you are ever thinking of staying in Brighton, book The Charm! I would rate this hotel highly if it were a three star hotel, but I don't think it was five star quality. Most amenities, including a toothbrush, were not in the room. There were no slippers either, so I inquired at the reception and they provided them. Slippers and toothbrushes should be in the room before inquiring. Also, when I asked the reception about the SPA in the afternoon, I was told that it was closed, but when I checked online, it was still open during business hours.
