"Situated right on a busy road with little parking, especially for a large vehicle. No place in the bedrooms to put suitcases and had to climb a spiral staircase. No mirrors in the bathrooms except one small vanity mirror…. No toilet paper holders, ensuite bathroom was very unusual. It had a shower over the toilet and small sink. We had problems with heating and managed to get a bit of heat the first night but not again after that. It was extremely cold and damp weather for July and without heat...

"Perfect position for everything, shops pubs restaurants, the staff were helpful and friendly, the only problem was my husband and I are disabled and I did not realise there was ground floor accommodation, otherwise I would of booked it, so a bit of an effort to get to the room, otherwise we loved Broadway and the hotel, the people in the shops were friendly it was a lovely weekend."
