"Great location in the city; Large and fun reception area where you can hang out. Good breakfast! However, the rooms were too warm with the thermostats not working properly. The duvets were also too warm, and so the nights were not that comfortable. The third bed in the room is too hard and so not too comfortable too. Cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved. "

"The hotel was beautiful situated in a great location in walking distance from Bruges market. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and this continued throughout our stay. The room was small but ideal for a 2 night stay in the city. The room and bathroom was clean and we were provided with coffee facilities and toiletries. The hotel was in a great location abouts 15 minutes from both the markets and station. The hotel bar was very cosy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend! "
