"I had friends come in from all over the country to celebrate my birthday. The house was perfect for all of us! We had a lovely time."

"We are very pleased with our stay at this beautiful unit. While there was only two of us there was plenty of room for at least six to stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked. Convenient to local restaurants and stores. Walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile from the unit. An easy walk. Trolley stop directly across from the unit. Wonderful communication and easy check in. Will definitely stay here again. Neighbor were very helpful and friendly."

"Great for us. We had our grown kids, significant others and our two young grandkids. We all had our own rooms and bathroom which was perfect. There was a tub for the little ones. Lots of great puzzles for the little ones and games and books for adults. Pool with shade was perfect. We had an air conditioner issue one day and it was taken care of immediately . Great location, easy bike to beach and south beach. Our family had a great trip. "

"We had a great stay over the Christmas Break with our family. The house was large with lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfy and the fenced in yard for our dog was great. We did a lot of cooking during our stay so I would say the only negative would be the condition of some of the pots and pans. Communication with Amy was great and quick. Will def stay here again when in the area"

"This property was in a great location. It was awesome to be able to bike everywhere! The house itself is somewhat dated and the lighting in the bedrooms was lacking. This made it difficult when trying to get ready to go out. The kitchen is adequate. I would have rather had a Keurig coffee maker rather than again an outdated basic Black and Decker. Kitchen was not great if you are preparing dinner for a group. With that being said again the location was great!"

"The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. Crazy amount of rooms and sleeping space that we didnt use but would be great for a little family get together. Pool and hot tub that are perfect size and the pool people came and serviced the pool with no disturbance. Garbage was collected from back of house with no disturbance. Lastly the checkin process was absolutely seamless. We did have one of the basement doors would not lock and with one text to vacasa...

"Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. "
