"The hotel is located in the centre of London, within short walking distance from Russell Square and Holborn Tube stations or Kings Cross/ St. Pancrass railway station. Despite this, the surrounding area is very quiet which is because it's just next to Mecklenburgh Square Garden. Check-in was easily done, the room was clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay and everything worked well. I can recommend this accommodation. "

"Lovely Art Deco lobby, alert, friendly staff and relatively quiet room (facing the park which has busy roads surrounding it). Our room was compact but beautifully fitted out, very clean and the twin beds were super comfortable - if a little too hot. The breakfast area is very large and a bit gloomy but the food, although expensive, was varied and frequently replenished by the staff. In all, a pleasant stay."
