"Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Banff. Easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. Staff were personable, helpful and efficient. Room was clean, spacious with mountain views. Heated bathroom floors are a bonus. Would stay here again. "

"It was a nice room with good amenities, but the conditioner in the shower was empty. The beds were not comfortable. There were a lot of sounds from pipes in the roof that went on for 5 hours for 2 nights of our 5-night stay, which disturbed our sleep. The Wi-Fi was good, and the sofa bed was a nice touch. Thankfully, the jacuzzi and sauna were open. The jacuzzi was a bit lukewarm, and one day, several young men and women were fraternizing and drinking in it, which isn't the biggest issue, but I...
