"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

"A quiet sanctuary just steps from the city walls. Close to all the sights and charms of Cartagena, but it becomes a haven after you come through the main door. Secure building with friendly staff. Spacious rooms, and it was great to have a swimming pool for a morning or evening swim. I would definitely stay here again. It met all our expectations."

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."

We were even able to check in early morning after flying the redeye. Great location, safe and walkable Close to the nightlife in Getsemani. Nice little view of the wall and a rooftop pool. Nice place on the beach

"We upgraded to an ocean view and were put in a suite on the Pent house level on the 17th floor. It isn't a new hotel but, The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing sweeping views of the beach and the Cartagena skyline from the deck. My only complaint is that drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant couldn't be charged to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tried to add phots but was not able."

"The only issue I had was with the Hot water in my room while my friend had no issues but that doesn't take away from the amazing experience I had staying at this facility with the amazing staff. The staff was patient in every aspect and assisted me with everything I needed with no hesitation. It will be exceedingly difficult to stay anywhere else on my numerous trips to Cartagena Colombia so this has become my go to hotel for all my stays in this city. The hotel is not only within walking distance to the beach but it also has various stores in walking distance to supply you with everything you may need and if you are unsure the staff is more than willing to assist you with directions."
