Room was nice but patio is actually the public walkway to the pool so literally everyone that walks bu can just look into your room of if the patio door is open for fresh air just walk in

Very helpful and nice staff. Water in the shower wasn’t warm for long but that’s about it. Right on the beach and in between 2 good restaurants. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at Las Palmas. Very convenient, walkable distance from main shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach front view, there’s also a delicious seafood restaurant downstairs. We had an amazing time.

La atención es muy buena, el personal muy amable. Esta justo a 1 min de la playa (caminando) y justo enseguida del hotel puedes tomar al ferry a isla mujeres. Que sale desde esa misma playa. Así que te ahorras el taxi/caminada porque esta ahí mismo.

Very well situated near the hotel zone. Walkable to all the fun action, near restaurants, tours and shopping. The room is really nice but not entirely private and parking is very difficult. Didn’t feel entirely safe as there is no front desk after hours and anyone can walk in.

It’s good location cute, private and beautiful. Price is nice for the location. But no service almost! No introduction to follow, such as, the gate was locked in weekend, no information about the code till to call the on call staff. Bath room window latch is broken, There is no chair in our room. Office staff is not willing to accommodate reasonable request like shower drain is clotted, any smaller pillow available? I wish they could improve customer service and have a guidance information in written form for future guests.

Si no está seguro de llegar antes de la 5pm no se quede en este hotel traté de que me dieran un cuarto reservado después de llegar como alas 6 30 pm y la única respuesta fue ya le mandamos la información por expidia . pude hablar con carolina y su única respuesta en txt por teléfono sabiendo que estaba afuera del hotel fuen ya le mandamos la información como entrar al cuarto una información que nunca me llego fue una lastima que no icieran el menor intento de arreglar la cituaciom soy tan incapaces que al día siguiente después de encontrar otro hotel resibo un mensaje de carolina alas 9am preguntado como estoy le contesté que no estuviera molelestando ya que yo no estaba en su hotel y me contestó lol (le mandamos la información por expidia ) por 10 ves e pocas palabras no dudo que el lugar esté bien pero tengan cuidado si llegan tarde que sepan como entrar
