I thought the property was ok, but food options were limited and my friend got food poisoning. Other issues are… I paid for an ocean view upgrade and they tried to stick me in a room with an extremely limited view…the view was of a palm tree and the pool. Also, there is heavy soliciting in the lobby area and the pool area. Without exaggeration I was asked about a massage 10 to 15 times a day. If I need a massage, I’ll ask for it. I don’t need to be harassed all day.

Lobby was full of solicitors for add on services. On a daily basis, you’re approached at least 5-10 times to buy something. They roam the lobby, pool area, and lobby bar and sometimes the same person is asking you multiple times. Also, there were no areas, including the premium bar on the 6th floor, that were adults only.

This property was immaculate and clean. The drawback and it is not the property fault it is meant for families with small children. The second thing I have to point out is the food was average and boring, except for the Mexican restaurant. The staff was super nice but hardly anything to do, so much so it was better to stay in the room. Would I be back to this property I would say no.

We (2 families, 5 ppl each) have just spend a week at this resort. We choose this resort due to somewhat satisfactory user reviews, competitive overall price and nice beachfront. Overall, we've had great experience, the beachfront was indeed good and free of sea weed with plenty of chairs available. Kid's pool, ship replica and kids entertainment area was quite nice. Food selection was great but the hamburgers were the best I've ever had! Drinks selection was also great including expensive liquors. Free Wi-Fi internet and coverage were excellent across the resort. Entertainment was good and interesting. Cons: 1. Daily massage offers were excessive and expensive, well above our price target; at $70/person for an hour massage, 4 people in my group would have gone for it. 2. Night music entertainment extends until almost 11pm which is disturbing for rooms facing the area; should end at 10pm.

Loved my stay there. The resort was quiet and the staff is sooo attentive to you. The beach is beautiful and clean and the pool is nice too. I did have a suite with noisy neighbors at certain hrs so just an fyi that unfortunately you can hear your neighbor if they're loud. Food was really good. If you visit the buffet make sure you ask the chefs there to make you the stuff they're offering. Most of them spoke english. For example, they make your omelet/eggs how you want it in the morning or they did a beef stir fry on the spot for dinner, depending on the menu night. I would have to say their desserts weren't the best. 2/5. But all the other spots, the actual food was good!! I did inclusive so drinks were unlimited and you could ask them to make drinks without the liquor. There's a 24/7 coffee/cafe which was so convenient and delicious. Bottled water was unlimited. If you want to relax. This is the spot. It's family oriented and overall I felt safe and relaxed. My stress definitely melted away.

The entertainment and the entertainment staff were great! Especially Alexia and Frankie They made us feel very welcome and encouraged our participation which was great All the amenities were fantastic The spa was fabulous, Lilliana did an amazing massage There was plenty of food and beverages, however, the food could use some improvement, especially the Italian restaurant. That said, every server in every eatery were AWESOME! Also the consierge was great when we needed a room change All in all, I will be recommending your facility
