"the food was absolutely amazing, and we didn’t have to pay a cent extra for it. it was absolutely delicious, and unlimited. the room was beautiful and the pool area was great for swimming. However the beach was not very clear as it is advertised, it actually had a lot of seaweed. but otherwise the property is gorgeous."

"The experience was amazing! This was our second time at the Majestic Costa Mujeres and it was the best! The property is incredibly clean, all the staff work hard to keep it inmaculate. The rooms are gorgeous and super comfortable. Our view was to the pools and oxean view. The service and the hospitality of the personal is incredible. All the persons were always smiling and super friendly. The girls of the kids club Alondra, Diana, and Estrella celebrated the bday of my daughters and make ir so memorable. I can not thank them enough to make her experience unique and make us feel like home. The best kids club and entreteinment team. All the restaurants "

"Great location- quick walk or uber ride to many locations. Fun for the whole family- our teenage children also had a great time! A friendly and helpful staff- we saw sea turtles on the beach and planned several excursions with the assistance of the hotel staff. "

"The property is fairly nice, well managed and maintained and clean. The staff works tirelessly to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. My family of four stayed 5 days and we enjoyed our experience, especially the hospitality. We love the variety of food options, the entertainment, and the beach. We also like that it is in walking distance to other attractions. We love the staff at Sunscape and would like to give a special shoutout to Dulce, Heber, Abel, and Adan in the buffet restaurant and Ofcourse Diego in the front. We will definitely stay at Sunscape again."
