"We spent our 29th Anniversary here. We had an upgraded room with a balcony. It was absolutely amazing. Convenient to the beach, convenient to other sights in the Cape Elizabeth area and Portland, Maine. The staff was fantastic from front door staff, wait staff, room cleaners to the managers. They are over the top helpful. Definitely a return visit in the future. "

"BEWARE: This is a One Bedroom, with an adjoining study for a child or two (on an extra cot). This is not at all a three bedroom as listed. The so called 'third bedroom' is a windowless walk-in closet adjoining the main bedroom. All three so-called bedrooms adjoin each other so occupants must walk through the other 'bedrooms' in order to access the bathroom and the rest of the unit. "We found a beautiful home in Cape Elizabeth to enjoy a family vacation. The home is spacious and well appointed. It is near everything from downtown Portland to the beaches on Cape Elizabeth, to Fort Williams and the Lighthouse, to Freeport, and to Kennebunkport to name just a few destination spots. The house is minutes from the train station and the airport. We enjoyed reclaiming our Maine family roots. The house - with the exceptional hosts - made our time in Maine special indeed."

"After not being able to see much of our family the last few years we wanted a special place to get together, 1 Salt Spray Lane was it. Shea and his family have everything you could need for a memorable vacation in an incredible location. Cape Elizabeth is 5 min to the best parks and hikes, less than 20min from Portland and only 100 yards from the areas almost private beach. It was a great house we will never forget and we felt very comfortable in."

"The stay started with no towels, a broken bed that the frame was held up by. 2x4. The twin bed frame was totally unsteady and also fell apart- so one child and two adults sleeping on mattress on the floor! The deck was unsafe- bathroom door difficult to open. So terribly disappointed!"
