"everything was absolutely wonderful all across the board...beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds and pool area, enjoyed reading the hawaiian history stories about the property...only issue were the parking wrist bands and room keys sometimes would not work so you didn't know which to use and sometimes you just had to punch for a ticket to enter or leave, which you don't pay, the front desk said to just throw them away....we would absolutely stay again....had a most perfect big island experience....aloha and ALOHA"

" Beautiful grounds and nice pool areas. Onsite rental items for snorkeling and beach. Room decor plain but, rooms had plenty space. No beach access. Maintenance came to spray for bugs during our stay and when asked to wait until after we checked out they were cooperative and polite. We were invited to timeshare meeting but, when we declined were not badgered to go. Nice stay!"
