"Breakfast was great, rooms are quiet, but staff very unfriendly!! Check in took over an hour, and the security guards were over zealous, demanding to see passports everytime I stepped in the lobby from outside.. for this reason, I won’t be back"

"Small gym, jacuzzi wasn’t available when I was there. Nice and respectful staff. Massage was booked at least 3 days ahead. Then I had to rebook it 2 days ahead and got confirmation via whats app that it was done. However, I waited and called the front desk and basically the message therapist came at the first initial time I booked it for. So a failure to communicate on that. No AC besides a small fan but I never got too warm. Bogota is high up and it’s a lot cooler. Breakfast was ok. "

"The location is great if you need to be near embassy. The pillows are super uncomfortable. I asked if they had any pillows that were lower as the ones they give you are stiff and high, definitely not hotel-grade. They said they only have one style of pillow in the entire building. Disappointing. Difficulty sleeping. The towels are super old, worn and rough, not hotel-grade. It was too expensive for the poor experience."
