"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."

Siento que han descuidado aspectos como internet no había en la habitación solo en áreas comunes, el servicio sanitario no bajaba bien, jabón y shampoo de mala calidad y escaso, la lámpara de la mesa de noche estaba roto el cable. "The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working.
