Whilst a car is necessary, (and this is an excellent location for touring West Penwith and beyond) there are many excellent walks in the area, including the coastal path. "The building and location are lovely but the furnishings are very dated and in dire need of updating. The sofa was broken, the wifi was awful, the cooker was so old that none of the markings on the dials were visible so you had no idea what temperature you were cooking at.the whole place needs decorating and modernising.
