"This was my husband and I first trip to Puerto Rico and a huge factor in why we will return us because of this hotel. It’s close to the airport and if you plan on renting a car, the self park option is worth it. Just remember upon checking in make sure you bring your parking validation ticket so they can program it to your room key. First, the hotel is very welcoming. Staff is kind and courteous. The entire facility is unbelievably clean. I never had an encounter anywhere throughout of disorder....
