"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! The location of the hotel is great, you can walk into the centre if you’d like but there is a train station just beside that takes you one stop into Santander in a few mins. Stations are accessible. "Super location and exceptional sea views. Would definitely stay again as the position of the hotel worked well for us. Contemporary feel on check in, welcome was ok and check in efficient. We would not book parking again as plenty of safe street parking available. The breakfast was ok … a selection of hot and cold items but the room was sterile with little atmosphere and tables not cleared efficiently. Biggest disappointment was the hotel restaurant .. zero atmosphere and food arrived far too...
