"We went to Flamingo during off season. This was during end of February. The place was very impressive but only 2 of the 3 towers were in use. This meant that the infinite pool was not in use as well as some other aspects of the resort The hotel is in a quieter part of town but close enough that you can walk into town. If you don't want to walk, there are electric hospitality vehicles that will take you to town and pick you up for a small fee. Thanks to Hung and Charlotte at the reception for helping us with our stay and travel arrangements back to Hanoi."

"This is a beautiful hotel on its own island. The rooms and bathrooms were an A-plus. The breakfast buffet was delicious with something for everyone. We planned a cruise to the Bay of Wonders, which we booked through the hotel, and is an absolute must see. My only negative comment is that the steamroom and sauna for men wasn’t working."

"Great hotel with super friendly staff, family run hotel. good reasonable food, great happy hour, walkable to the town centre but up hill! Only negative is the smoking in the lobby, pool table, roof top terrace area. Did not realize it was smoking hotel or I would not have booked but overall a great stay! "

"The Watson Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size with all the facilities that are required (except for an iron, I like to have an iron on my room). Very clean, very comfortable. Breakfast very good choices and quality. Amazing staff. Service was faultless and we couldn’t ask for more. We would stay here again for sure 👌"

"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!"
