"The staff at at this hotel were phenomenal. So welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough about how positive unexperienced that was. The only negative is the location. It is in great proximity to the termini train station, but the surrounding area is a little sketchy. We did go out in the evening and encountered no issues, But there is a lot of graffiti and begging on the streets in the vicinity."

"This place is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. The breakfast is awesome. The reception people are wonderful. I recommend you ask to NOT stay on the 6th or 7th floors, though, because they play old American music on tinny, crummy speakers at FULL BLAST from 7:30 AM - 11 PM, from the 7th flr where their restaurant is. It can be heard blasting in our room (602). I love the songs, but there's no reason on Earth to play music that loud on such cheap speakers. Reminded me of the dorms! Other than that, it...

We were able to check in 5 hours early and catch up on sleep after landing in Rome, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good with a large variety of options. The hotel itself is a little outdated and could use some updates inside and outside of the room, and our toilet wouldn’t flush the second day. Overall we enjoyed the hotel"

"This chain uses an automatic check-in, like a self-checkout lane in a grocery store. This was my second time staying here, and the system didn't work correctly either time. Multiple people needed additional assistance checking in. The bed is great, but you have to get out at the bottom, feet first. The staff all seems to be very young and informal. The default is that they won't clean your room unless you indicate that you want it the day before. They offer to donate 3 Euros to their own charity...
