"I have stayed at this hotel before and it was wonderful. This past stay there was a fire and explosion our first night...the staff handled this horrific event extremely well. Alternate accommodations and meals were provided. Thank you to all the staff. "

"There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. I used the mix to cover the thick layer of ice. Very surprised they wouldn’t chip or make an effort to remove it. It’s almost as if they are saying here do it yourself so I...

"The room was clean and comfortable. Great bed ! Pool looked great kids seemed to love it . Breakfast was great and refills were right on time and hot !! "

"Went to the hotel for my daughers birthday so she could use the pool. The pool area was being renovated but there was still access to both pool and hot tub with little interference with the renovation. The place was clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely go again!"
