"We stayed 18 nights, the 3 of us had 2 large 6 ft beds. There is a kettle, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and hair dryer, along with toiletries and slippers. The room was a good size, and there is housekeeping and fresh towels every day. There is also a gym and a swimming pool on the 8th floor, free for guests, and there is a sauna, steam room and showers in the changing room. The location is excellent, it is connected to the Moko shopping mall which is quite big, with lots of restaurants and shops. It is also next to the Mongkok East MTR station and Prince Edward MTR station is only 10 minutes away. There are laundry shops in Prince Edward so that's how we did our laundry, it would usually be ready the next day or 2 days at most. We really liked staying in this hotel, and the location is really good for us to visit family. We loved having the gym and doing our laundry was also easy. We will choose this hotel again in future."

"We had the most incredible stay at Four Seasons Hong Kong! Our 7 days could not have been more perfect and this was mainly due to the wonderful people there. The Executive Club/Lounge Team are truly amazing, always so friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention needs to go to all of them and apologies if I have missed anyone, Christine, Elise, Anthony, Connie, Christina, Ryan and Osman. They gave us some really lovely surprises, a big birthday macaroon with Prosecco, a beautiful hand written card highlighting our experience watching the football team we support and other beautiful, thoughtful treats. Another huge surprise which was arranged by the Executive Team was when, upon our arrival at the airport for our sad departure (we didn’t want to leave the Four Seasons Hotel and HK), we were greeted by Christopher and Johnson from the Airport Team who very kindly helped us through check-in and took us right up to the security area. The Housekeeping Team is also second to none, they do an immaculate job each and every day, well twice a day! The property itself is superb with excellent amenities and our Executive Harbour View room was fabulous with everything we could possibly need. A visit to the lovely Spa is an ideal way to relax after a busy day exploring HK. The pools are great with inspiring views of the harbour and Central. A heartfelt thank you to the special people we met as this was simply the best holiday of our lives! "

"The staff are super nice, we left phone on uber car and they spent hour helping us trying to reach the driver. Shawn and John Ami are awesome. Location is great, walking distance to every where, we booked a large room for 4 people and it’s very spacious. Highly recommend!"
