"Great location near the old city and by the lake front. We had to move rooms as the sink plug was stuck down in the first room but this was done quickly by helpful receptionist. Pillows were very soft but room change meant we could take pillows with us to have extra ones which made it more comfortable. Air conditioning units cooled the room but were very noisy.
