"While obviously it’s a great hotel and the best of the best, one problem did occur. While most would think it’s trivial, to me it was very frustrating. As a deaf person, and for what I paid for one of the best rooms in the hotel, I wasn’t able to relax and watch a movie with English closed captioning. The TV wouldn’t allow it. The staff even tried to fix it. I would expect more from a hotel if that level. They didn’t accommodate someone who is deaf. Not even at check in. But the room, wow! I got to watch the light show from room! "

"The Aerotel Changi Airport fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is friendly. You get one meal per stay. And it is convenient. Very convenient located inside the best airport in the world. You do not have to go through the hassle of immigration. The food is adequate .The room I stayed in was NOT spacious and The room has no view . The room is nice but you might get claustrophobic . I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. It is the only hotel to choose from and again I stress convenience. That’s the only reason I give it a five star rating. "
